Joanna Kelly

Joanna Kelly is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Vice President and Global Head of Talent Acquisition at PGIM under Prudential Financial since September 2021, Joanna previously held the position of Head of Recruitment for the Americas at Macquarie Group from December 2014 to September 2021. An earlier career at Deutsche Bank spanned 18 years, culminating in a Vice President role, during which Joanna managed outsourced recruitment partners and led campus recruitment efforts, overseeing a team of over 20 individuals. Additionally, Joanna began their career at Federated Investors as an Administrative Assistant, supporting multiple portfolio managers.
