John Calabrese

John Calabrese is the Vice President of Group Benefits IT at Prudential Financial, a position they have held since 2024. Prior to this role, they served as Director of Small Commercial Digital IT at The Hartford from 2018 to 2020, where they managed a $13 million IT budget and led the Scaled Agile Framework transformation. With extensive experience at Travelers from 2014 to 2018, they held multiple leadership positions, including Senior Director of eBusiness Agent Technology. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and an MBA in Finance, both from The University of Connecticut School of Business.
