Karna Trautman

Karna Trautman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product innovation and strategic leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Product Officer for Simplified Solutions at Prudential Financial since February 2024, Trautman previously held the position of Chief Innovation Officer at Everly, where responsibilities included developing growth strategies and innovative digital consumer experiences. Trautman has also worked as Chief Product Management Officer, leading the transformation of the life insurance industry through product vision and execution. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Trautman International, a consulting firm established in 2000, expertise was provided in enterprise strategies and customer success for B2B and D2C companies. Additional roles include Head of Strategy and Transformation at NEOS and Chief Product, Sales and Financial Administration Officer at Thrivent. Karna Trautman holds a Master of Arts degree from Augsburg University and has an educational background from Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business.
