Kjersten Margaret Moody

Kjersten Margaret Moody serves as Prudential Financial's inaugural Global Chief Data Officer since June 2020, where efforts involve establishing the first Chief Data Office to shape and implement the enterprise data and analytics strategy. In January 2023, Kjersten co-founded High Peak, LLC, aimed at commercializing internal innovations and providing AI-driven solutions. Previously, Kjersten held significant positions, including the inaugural Chief Data and Analytics Officer at State Farm, where strategies resulted in measurable business outcomes. Kjersten also served as Vice President of Information and Analytics at Unilever, overseeing a global team and enhancing business transformation through advanced analytics. With additional experience at IRI and Thomson Reuters, Kjersten has a comprehensive background in IT strategy and data management, supported by a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago.
