Lauren Leonard

Lauren Leonard is currently serving as an HR Lead Rotation Associate at Prudential Financial since February 2024, following experience as an HR Lead Summer Associate within the same company from June to August 2023. Leonard has a background in education, having worked as an Exceptional Education Teacher at Metro Nashville Public Schools from July 2020 to April 2022 and as a Special Education Teacher at Sumner County Schools from July 2017 to July 2020. Additionally, Leonard contributed as an Accounting Tutor and pursued a Master of Human Resources at the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business from July 2022 to December 2023. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and Spanish from Vanderbilt University and a Summer Study Abroad program at Tulane University in 2015. During the undergraduate studies, Leonard held the role of Head Resident Advisor at the Vanderbilt Office of Housing and Residential Education from August 2015 to May 2017.
