Marc Beltran Jr. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Cyber Security. Currently serving as the Director, IAM Tech Lead at Prudential Financial since April 2023, Marc manages a team focused on discovering, designing, and implementing Identity Security Solutions. Previously, as the Sr. IAM Cyber Security Engineer at Truist, Marc led Azure IAM Engineering efforts, collaborating with cloud platform teams and implementing security controls across Azure environments. Marc’s background includes significant roles at Anthem, Inc., where Marc was involved in Active Directory management and migration, as well as various leadership positions in IT consultancy and engineering. Marc's technical expertise is complemented by a strong commitment to advancing IAM practices and ensuring robust security measures across platforms.
