Robert Weatherbee

Robert Weatherbee is an experienced leader in the insurance and financial services sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Group Insurance Portfolio and Product Delivery at Prudential Financial since December 2023. Prior to this role, Robert held several key positions at Guardian Life, including Head of Benefits Technology Strategy and Director of Portfolio and Business Analysis Practice, from September 2015 to December 2023. Robert's experience also includes management roles at Vanguard, where responsibilities ranged from leading project portfolios in the Institutional and Financial Advisory Services divisions to improving operational processes using Six Sigma Lean methodologies. Earlier career highlights include serving as IT Project Lead at Fidelity Investments and various management roles at The Vanguard Group. Robert possesses an MBA from Drexel University and has additional certifications in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University, complementing a BA in Liberal Arts from Penn State University.
