Rosaly Chaderjian MacAulay

Rosaly Macaulay is an experienced professional in workforce solutions and digital transformation, currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Workforce Solutions & Digital Transformation at Prudential Financial since January 2014. Previously, Rosaly held various leadership roles within Prudential, including Director of Future of Work & Org Effectiveness and Director of HR Strategy & Planning | Vendor Governance. Additionally, Rosaly has been a Board Member for Jersey Cares from January 2022 to January 2024 and worked as Operations Manager at Cushman & Wakefield from February 2007 to January 2014.
