Vadim Seltser

Vadim Seltser is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in systems development and software engineering, currently serving as Director of Systems Development in Actuarial & Finance Technology at Prudential Financial since July 2013. In this role, Vadim leads a full stack engineering team focused on modernizing actuarial models data input and employs a modern technology stack encompassing cloud computing and microservices. Prior positions include Director of Technology for Prudential Institutional Investments and Pension Solutions, where Vadim managed the technology portfolio and project delivery cycle. Previous experience also includes serving as VP of Global Technology Audit at BlackRock, and various leadership roles at AllianceBernstein, where Vadim delivered critical information systems and developed a client-facing online web platform. Vadim holds a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology.
