Alexis Schlemer

Alexis Schlemer is a seasoned lighting professional with a robust background in product management and lighting design, currently serving as a New Product Design Engineer at Prudential Lighting since January 2023. With extensive experience in consulting and product management across various companies, including Delray Lighting and LUMASCAPE, Alexis has successfully managed product roadmaps, conducted market analysis, and facilitated product launches. Earlier roles include Studio Leader at BOLD - BRIAN ORTER LIGHTING DESIGN and Associate Lighting Designer at HLB Lighting Design, where architectural lighting design was a key focus. Alexis holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from ISEG and an Associate of Arts in Interior Architectural Design from Santa Monica College.
