Joyce's early work experience includes managing Rizzuto's Pizza, a family business, starting from a young age and developing a strong work ethic. Education includes attendance at Bay High School and Gulf Coast State College.

Since our establishment in 1994, Prudential Shimmering Sands Realty has served the needs of Bay County Florida and its surrounding counties and towns. We expanded into the Forgotten Coast in 2009 with the merger of an office on St. George Island in Franklin County. We also have an onsite slaes office located inside Venture Out Resort in Panama City Beach. We have 3 main offices from Bay to Franklin County serving both the residential & commercial real estate markets, which include homes, condominiums, multi-family housing, vacant land, farms and small business properties for sale or lease, commercial land and industrial land.
