Steve Harris serves as the Recruitment Director at Barbour since 2020, bringing extensive experience in recruitment and human resource management, with a focus on attracting, training, and retaining talent. Prior to Barbour, Steve held the same title at Lacoste from 2017 to December 2019, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruitment for interns and permanent positions. Steve also contributed as a Senior Talent Acquisition & HR Partner at Liberkeys from 2013 to December 2016, and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at JLL from 2010 to December 2012. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Georgia State University (1987-1989) and a BA in Liberal Arts from Oglethorpe University (1966-1969).

We expanded into the Forgotten Coast in 2009 with the merger of an office on St. George Island in Franklin County. We also have an onsite slaes office located inside Venture Out Resort in Panama City Beach. We have 3 main offices from Bay to Franklin County serving both the residential & commercial real estate markets, which include homes, condominiums, multi-family housing, vacant land, farms and small business properties for sale or lease, commercial land and industrial land.
