Valentina Mpiima

Valentina Mpiima has a strong background in various roles, starting from being a Graduate Intern at the Office of the Auditor General Uganda to becoming the Head of Bancassurance Operations at Prudential Uganda. Valentina has experience working as a Retail and Events Operative at Compass Group and as a Business Development Trainee Manager at Rank Capital Ltd. Valentina also served as a Peer Mentor at The University of Manchester. Currently, Valentina holds multiple titles at Prudential Uganda including Alternative Distribution, Analytics and Support Manager, Senior Partnership Distribution Executive, and Partnership Distribution Officer.
