Manish Gurbuxani is an experienced executive with a robust background in business development, strategy, and innovation within the insurance sector. Currently serving as the Chief Transformation & Strategy Officer and Interim Chief Customer & Marketing Officer at Prudential Vietnam Assurance Private Ltd., Manish also holds a leadership role on the Executive Committee. Prior to this, Manish was the Chief Executive Officer of Prudential Life Assurance (Lao) Company Limited. With a track record at Prudential Assurance Company Singapore as Regional Head of Business Development and New Markets, responsibilities included spearheading market entry and driving strategic partnerships across Asia and Africa. Manish's earlier roles at Prudential UK involved directing innovation, managing strategy teams, and leading internal consulting efforts, demonstrating a consistent focus on growth opportunities and organizational performance.
