Ngoc Huynh Duyen Vo

Ngoc Huynh Duyen Vo is a dedicated professional with significant experience in learning and development within the insurance sector. At Prudential Vietnam Assurance Private Ltd., since December 2020, Ngoc serves as a PD People Capability Development Senior Specialist, responsible for planning and organizing training courses, designing e-learning content, and enhancing learning effectiveness through various initiatives, such as the BancaDNA Learning hub and e-learning campaigns in collaboration with Eastspring Investment. Prior to this, Ngoc held the position of Salesforce Learning & Development Coordinator, focusing on the BancaDNA Project and managing training logistics. Ngoc began the career with an internship in sales administration at DKSH Consumer Goods. Ngoc holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Van Hien University, achieved in 2020.
