Ariel Woo

Ariel Woo is currently a Group Talent, Leadership, Learning & Culture Partner at Prudential plc, where they are focused on enhancing employee experience and organizational culture. Previously, Ariel held several significant roles at Allianz Asia Pacific, including Regional Head of People COE and Head of People Attraction in Singapore. Before their tenure at Allianz, Ariel worked at Clarins Group as a Retail Manager and HR Executive. Ariel also has extensive experience in learning and development at Citi, where they served as Vice President of Learning & Development. They earned a Master of Business Administration from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.
