Balaji Ravi

Balaji Ravi serves as the Finance Lead for the New Market Entry Team at Prudential plc since August 2022. Prior to this role, Balaji held significant positions at Prudential (Cambodia) Life Assurance PLC from December 2013 to August 2022, including Chief Financial Officer, where responsibilities encompassed financial management, organizational storytelling, and overseeing property and sourcing services. Balaji also served as Chief Actuary, establishing the actuarial function and engaging with local regulators. Earlier experience includes a Senior Manager role at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited from April 2007 to September 2013, focusing on embedded value reporting, business planning, and product pricing. Balaji holds an MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a BE in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology.
