Darren Pigg is currently the Group Director of Transformation at Prudential plc, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as Chief Transformation Officer Asia at Sun Life from 2021 to 2023. Darren has an extensive history in the consulting industry, having been a Partner at KPMG from 2018 to 2021, where they led the Insurance, Customer, Digital, and Analytics practice for Hong Kong and China. Prior to that, they held various senior roles at PwC, including Senior Manager in consulting and Director leading the SEA Insurance Consulting practice. Earlier in their career, Darren was an Economic Advisor with the Government Economic Service from 2002 to 2007.
