Eric Mboma

Eric Mboma currently serves as the Regional Chief Executive for the Middle East & Northern Africa and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at Prudential plc, focusing on life and health insurance, retirement, and asset management solutions in growth markets. Previously, Eric was the Group Executive Director for Subsidiaries & Affiliates at the African Guarantee Fund and led strategic initiatives at LeverEdge VII, where L7, a financial advisory firm, was founded. Eric has extensive experience in banking and finance, having held executive positions at the Standard Bank Group and the National Insurance Regulatory Board, alongside roles in commercial activities at BHP and leveraged finance at Credit Suisse. Eric holds multiple advanced degrees from prestigious institutions including The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Harvard Kennedy School.
