Kevin Carroll

Kevin Carroll has over two decades of experience in employee relations and management roles within various organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Employee Relations at Prudential since August 2019, Kevin previously held a similar position at St. Peter's University Hospital from July 2001 to August 2019. Earlier in their career, Kevin worked as the ER/Recruiting Manager at Alpha Technologies, Inc., an IT consulting company, from October 1998 to April 2001. Educational background includes studies at Seton Hall University from 1986 to 1990, complemented by attendance at Hudson Catholic High School and St. Nicholas Grammar School.
