Soraya Catanzaro

Soraya Catanzaro currently serves as the Group Head of Audit at Monument Re Group, a position held since February 2024 as part of the Executive Leadership Team overseeing the Internal Audit Function. Prior to this role, Soraya held various positions at Prudential plc from August 2012, including Audit Director for Quality Assurance and Methodology and Global Head of Quality Assurance and Methodology. Soraya also acted as Head of Internal Audit for Group Functions and conducted groupwide audits focusing on capital management and risk frameworks. Other significant roles include Treasurer and Trustee at Khulisa and Senior Manager of Internal Audit at Aviva. Soraya began the career at KPMG UK as a Manager in External Audit. Educational qualifications include affiliation with ACCA and IIA, along with certification as a CIA.
