Vivian Cheng

Vivian Cheng is an accomplished professional specializing in diversity, equity, inclusion, and talent development. Currently serving as a Group Diversity and Inclusion Specialist at Prudential plc since May 2022, Vivian leads the development and execution of DEIB strategies and manages employee resource groups. Previously, as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consultant at Community Business, Vivian supported organizations in shaping their DEI agendas through innovative learning solutions. Vivian has a history of impactful contributions, including fundraising for The Women's Foundation and significant roles at HSBC, where responsibilities included strategic partnerships and implementing high-impact learning solutions.
