Ritchie Tendencia has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Ritchie is currently holding the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at Prufrock Ventures, where they oversee the transformation of big ideas into successful businesses. Prior to this, Ritchie was the Founder & CEO of CSVNow, a boutique consulting firm specializing in talent acquisition strategies. Ritchie has also served as the Chief Strategy Officer at Shippie, where they focused on driving growth and improving the customer experience. In addition, Ritchie has held roles as an Investor and Member of the Board of Advisors at Shippie, Head of Technical Recruiting at Mixpanel, Lead Technical Recruiter at Houzz, and Technical Recruiter and Technical Sourcer at Facebook and AppDynamics, respectively. Ritchie began their career as a Technical Recruiter at Global Touchpoints Inc. and Management Consulting Group. Ritchie's experience spans across different industries and showcases their expertise in finding the best talent while aligning with business goals.

Ritchie Tendencia, AIRS CIR, received a degree in Psychology & Social Behavior from UC Irvine from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they studied Mechanical Engineering at Chabot College from 2007 to 2009.
