Joy Macdonell, MSW, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in creative content management and marketing. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Education & Design at PRYM since February 2025, Joy has previously held significant roles including Director of Content and Experience at Michaels Stores, where responsibilities included overseeing online classes and creative projects. A former Sr. Channel Marketing Manager at Cricut, Joy developed marketing programs for specialty retailers. Additionally, Joy operates a business consultancy and creative content production venture, Crafting With Joy, while also having served as Creative Content Director for Simplicity Creative Group and Creative Content Director for EK Success Brands at Wilton Brands. With a strong educational background, including an MSW from the University of Maryland and an ongoing MBA at Shippensburg University, Joy combines expertise in social work and business administration to drive innovation and revenue growth in creative industries.
