Lavannie Selvanayagam

Lavannie Selvanayagam has a strong background in human resources and talent engagement, with extensive experience in various companies. Lavannie currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources - Intimates Division at PRYM, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Brandix as the Deputy General Manager - Talent Engagement & Development from June 2019 to August 2022. Lavannie also served as a Manager HR - Organization Design at MAS Capital (Pvt) Limited from November 2013 to June 2019. Before that, they held the role of Senior HR Officer at Stax Inc from July 2008 to November 2013. Lavannie began their career at Sri Lanka Insurance Limited as the Manager Underwriting Operations – Non Motor, working from March 2005 to June 2008.

Lavannie Selvanayagam obtained an Associate Membership from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in 1998-2002. Lavannie then pursued a BSc in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura between 1999 and 2003. Later on, they completed an Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute from 2006 to 2013.
