Brendan Everman is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Litigation and Media + Entertainment Groups.

He represents businesses in high-stakes disputes across a wide variety of industries, including media, real estate, entertainment, financial services, technology, and sports. Brendan has significant experience counseling clients on contract disputes, business torts, company and partnership breakups, copyright and trademark infringement, defamation, and non-compete agreements. He has represented clients in state and federal courts across the country, including the U.S. Supreme Court.
