Briana Hill

Briana Hill is a partner and co-chair of Pryor Cashman’s Media + Entertainment and Filmed Entertainment Groups; she is also co-chair of the M+E Transactions and Financing Practice.

Briana’s practice focuses on television, motion picture, and digital media development; negotiating and drafting talent, rights acquisition, and licensing agreements; and production legal, talent representation, and intellectual property matters. She also serves as outside business and legal affairs counsel for studios, networks, production companies, publishers, and rightsholders in traditional media, and she works with clients on the many evolving forms of media exploitation and distribution.

Previously, Briana was an entertainment partner at another major Los Angeles law firm.
