Jamie Brickell is a partner in Pryor Cashman’s Litigation Group.

With more than 35 years of practice at the firm, Jamie handles a wide variety of complex commercial cases, antitrust, securities fraud and RICO matters, and intellectual property litigation. He has extensive experience in bench and jury trials, arbitrations, mediations and settlement negotiations.

Jamie’s diverse client base includes small- to mid-cap companies, entrepreneurs, partnerships, joint ventures, large patent-licensing firms and international trusts. Many clients are high-profile corporations, individuals and agents in the entertainment (including music, television and motion pictures) and sports sectors. Jamie also has a history of impressive wins for medical professionals, shareholder groups, telecommunications firms and technology companies, recovering more than $10 million for clients on four separate occasions.

Representing plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation, Jamie handles cases related to breach of contract, earn-out disputes, non-compete agreements, trade secrets, fraudulent inducement claims and the rights of parties in partnerships and closely held corporations.
