Susan Locker

Susan Locker is the Executive Director of Pryor Cashman, where she has held various leadership positions during her 38-year tenure.

She was instrumental in growing the firm from a 35-attorney New York City-based boutique to a thriving, full-service AmLaw200 firm with additional offices in Los Angeles and Miami.

As Executive Director, Susan directs all operational, financial, infrastructure, facilities and administrative support functions and participates in the development and implementation of long-range plans, strategies and objectives of the firm.

In her administrative leadership role, Susan is ultimately responsible for talent development, diversity and operational excellence, as well as ensuring the firm’s commitment to client service and sustained long term growth.
