Chuck B. has a diverse and extensive work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Chuck started their career at Maxtor in 1985, where they held various positions in manufacturing engineering before becoming the Director of Manufacturing Engineering. Chuck was responsible for product development, manufacturing engineering, and quality improvements for Maxtor's high-capacity products. Chuck then joined Silicon Graphics Inc in 1996, where they managed the release and support of the Unix-based workstation Octane product line. Chuck also oversaw the ICT development group. In 1999, Chuck joined Terastore as the Manager of Manufacturing Engineering, focusing on bringing new technology into the removable storage market. Chuck then moved to Avanex in 2000 as the Director of Manufacturing Engineering, leading a team that launched and supported OC192 transponders. Finally, in 2006, Chuck joined Prysm Inc as the Director of System Integration, where they managed a team responsible for integrating a unique video product and ensuring quick integration of all system parts.
Chuck B. attended the University of California, Davis from 1975 to 1980, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
