Kenneth Bolden

Kenneth Bolden has a strong background in AV event production and IT engineering. Kenneth is currently working as an AV Event Production Manager at Okta since November 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at VMware starting from December 2018, including Senior IT UCC AV Engineer and Senior Multimedia Solutions Engineer. From April 2018, Kenneth worked at Symantec as an Event Services Manager and Senior UC Engineer. Kenneth also has experience as a Solutions Engineer at Prysm Inc. starting from April 2016. Kenneth previously worked at Symantec from March 2015 to April 2016 as a Principal IT Infrastructure Specialist, where they were involved in various areas such as digital media service management, video conference solutions architect, and AV operations management. From July 2007 to 2015, Kenneth was employed at Juniper Networks as a Sr. IT Engineer, specializing in audiovisual architecture and support.

Kenneth Bolden holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from San Jose State University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2001. Kenneth also has an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in the same field from Kaplan College, earned from 1998 to 1999. In addition, Kenneth earned another Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix, completed from 2003 to 2005. Kenneth has received various certifications, including RPIMSAT300 OCS from Polycom in December 2012, level 3 Lync OCS certification MICAT301 from Microsoft in December 2012, and Cisco Certified Network Associate Collaboration (CCNA Collaboration) from Cisco in July 2017. Furthermore, Kenneth attended Santa Teresa and San Jose State University but did not obtain a degree from these institutions.
