Alessandro Nespoli

Alessandro Nespoli has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Alessandro started their career as a Legal Trainee and Senior Associate at various law firms in Milan, where they provided legal assistance to Italian and foreign companies and advised on corporate and commercial matters. In 2006, they joined Luxottica Group as the Chief Audit Executive, leading international audit teams and ensuring the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management. Alessandro also served as the Guarantor of the Group Code of Ethics. In 2016, Alessandro joined Prysmian Group as the Chief Compliance & Internal Audit Officer, overseeing compliance and internal audit functions and providing assurance and recommendations to senior management and the board. Alessandro currently holds the position of Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at the company, focusing on key compliance topics and building a strong compliance culture within the organization.

Alessandro Nespoli earned a Bachelor's degree in the Faculty of Law from the Università degli Studi di Milano from 1992 to 1997. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma specializing in humanities education, focusing on classical languages such as Latin and Greek, from the Istituto Gonzaga of Milan between 1986 and 1991.
