Allison Coleman

Allison Coleman, MBA, has extensive experience in the fiber optic and telecommunications industries, currently serving as the Director of Commercial Operations North America for Prysmian Group since April 2016. In this role, Allison has held various positions, including Business Unit Manager for Industrial Specialties and Product Manager for different telecom solutions. Responsibilities include financial management of a $12 million product line and technical oversight, along with initiating product designs and launches. Previous experience at Siemens involved inventory planning and lean manufacturing engineering, where significant improvements in material handling and standardization were achieved. Allison holds an MBA from Miami University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
