Cristiana Scelza

Cristiana Scelza has a diverse and extensive work experience in the energy and telecommunications industry. Cristiana is currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Electrification at Prysmia. Prior to this, they held the position of Country Manager at Prysmian in the Netherlands, responsible for leading a team of over 700 people and managing revenues of more than 500 million. Cristiana has also served as the CEO of Prysmian Group in Russia, overseeing a team of 260 people and managing revenues of over 100 million. Prior to joining Prysmian, they have held various positions at Prysmian Draka Brasil S.A. and Pirelli Cavi. At Prysmian Group, they have worked as the Worldwide Energy Director and as a Product Development Manager. At Pirelli Cavi, they have worked as a Technical Manager, a Technology Engineer, and a Material Scientist in the R&D department. With their diverse roles and extensive experience, Cristiana Scelza has demonstrated strong leadership skills and industry expertise in the energy and telecommunications sectors.

Cristiana Scelza earned a Degree in Inorganic Chemistry (cum laude) from the Università degli Studi di Salerno from 1989 to 1995. Cristiana also completed an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General at Kellogg-WHU from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they spent two years at the Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche from 1995 to 1997, although no degree or field of study is specified.
