Daniel Azevedo

Daniel Azevedo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Daniel started their career at General Motors as an Export Engineering Intern, where they contributed to international project planning and coordination. Daniel then worked at Phelps Dodge Brasil Ltda as a Brazilian Sales Engineer, managing and prospecting for new businesses in various markets. Daniel later took on the role of Export Sales Engineer, actively participating in the company's exports to different regions.

In 2009, they joined General Cables / PDIC as a Sales Executive, responsible for opening and managing the Turn-Key project market. Daniel also served as a Regional Sales Manager, overseeing the energy market in the State of Minas Gerais and partial areas of São Paulo. Daniel managed a team of sales representatives and worked with a wide range of industries.

In 2017, Daniel joined Prysmian Group as the Manager of Renewable Energies Market, where they multiplied the company's net revenue more than 8 times over and exceeded the annual sales plan. Daniel then became the Head of High Voltage Sales, successfully increasing the market share from less than 20% to over 80% within two years and securing important contracts.

Throughout their career, Daniel has demonstrated their ability to achieve positive business results and establish strong partnerships with various departments and areas of expertise.

Daniel Azevedo completed their Bachelor Degree in Energy Engineering at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 1998 to 2003. Daniel pursued further education at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic and Economic Business Management from 2008 to 2009. In 2022-2023, Daniel enrolled in Politecnico di Milano for a Postgraduate Specialization in International Leadership Journey.
