Eric Bates

Eric Bates has a strong background in program management and engineering. Eric worked as a Principal Engineer at General Cable since 2007. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Polymer Technology at Exeon from 2003 to 2005. From 1995 to 2005, Eric worked as a Program Manager at Essex Electric Inc. and then at Superior Essex, where they started their career in 1981.

Eric Bates received their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, where they studied from 1976 to 1981. Later, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Technology at Purdue University.
