Heather Stolper

Vice President, Quality & HSE at Prysmian Group

Heather Stolper has a strong background in manufacturing and operations. Heather began their career as a Factory Manager at The Stanley Works in 1994, where they gained experience in managing production processes. Heather then moved on to Cooper Tools in 1997 as a Factory Manager, further honing their skills in operations management. In 2000, they joined Rehrig International as a Factory Manager, where they oversaw factory operations for five years.

In 2005, Stolper joined Prysmian Group as a Plant Manager, responsible for managing production and operations at the plant. Heather held this position for three years before transitioning to the role of Vice President of Manufacturing Communications and Assembly Team in 2011. In 2013, they were promoted to the position of Vice President of Supply Chain and Sourcing, where they demonstrated their expertise in managing the supply chain and sourcing processes.

Stolper continued to advance in their career at Prysmian Group, taking on the role of Vice President of Manufacturing Communications and TWA in 2017. In 2018, they were promoted to Vice President of Quality and HSE, where they currently oversee quality control and health, safety, and environmental initiatives for the company.

Stolper's extensive experience in manufacturing and operations, along with their progression in leadership roles, demonstrates their ability to effectively manage and optimize production processes.

Heather Stolper attended Kettering University from 1983 to 1988, earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
