Mike Pascino

Mike Pascino has extensive work experience in the engineering and operations field. Mike began their career in 2002 at General Cable as a Process Engineer and later worked as a Project Engineer. In 2007, they joined Prysmian Group as a Facility Maintenance Manager and then transitioned to the role of Engineering Manager, where they managed efficiency projects and capital plans. In 2017, Mike became an Engineering Team Leader at Prysmian Group, providing technical oversight and facilitating process and project improvements. Currently, they are the Director of Operations Engineering for Prysmian North America, leading cross-functional teams and executing significant capital investments annually.

Mike Pascino obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Continuous Improvement Leadership and the Regional Leadership Program from Prysmian Group in 2022.
