Nicola Scirocco has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles, starting from 2001 to the present. In their current position as CMO North Europe at Prysmian Group since September 2021, they are responsible for overseeing marketing activities in the region. Previously, they served as the Global Pricing Manager from June 2014 to August 2021, where they managed pricing strategies on a global scale. Prior to that, they held roles such as Sales Excellence Project Leader, Global Key Account Manager, and World-wide Marketing Manager at Prysmian Group. Additionally, Nicola Scirocco has experience in the cable industry as they worked at Europacable, where they held the role of Chairman of Cable CPR Compliance Programme, leading a working group focused on promoting product quality and compliance. Nicola also served as a Professor at IED | Istituto Europeo di Design, teaching the master's course "Marketing & Business Culture" from 2010 to 2014. In earlier stages of their career, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Parmalat Italia S.p.A. and Binda Italia srl, and as a Senior Brand Manager/Trade Marketing Manager at Coca-Cola HBC. Their career began at Unilever, where they held the role of Brand Manager/Category Manager.
Nicola Scirocco's education history begins in 1995 when they attended Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and studied Business with a focus on Marketing, completing their degree in 1999. In 1998, they also pursued a degree in Business at Liverpool John Moores University with a specialization in Strategy and Marketing. Continuing their educational journey, in 2000-2001, Nicola attended Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore again, this time focusing on Marketing and Digital Economy. Most recently, in 2022-2023, Nicola underwent a Certified Leadership Coaching Course at The Forton Group Ltd and gained accreditation as a coach from the International Coach Federation (ICF) in the field of Physical Education Teaching and Coaching.
