Pelin Alpaslan

Pelin Alpaslan is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR People Development and Academy Manager at Prysmian Group since December 2022. In this role, Pelin leads the Global Development Center for Manufacturing and manages talent acquisition efforts across multiple countries while designing and executing training programs to enhance employee skills. Prior to this, Pelin held various HR roles, including Human Resources Executive at Canray Ulaşım, where oversight of all HR functions and budget planning occurred, and Human Resources Business Partner at ORAU Orhan Otomotiv Kontrol Sistemleri A.Ş., focusing on policy development and operational efficiency.
