Simone Benigni

Simone Benigni has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Simone has held various roles in prestigious companies such as Prysmian Group, where they served as the VP HR & Organization for both the Southern and Northern Europe regions. Prior to that, they were the HR Director for both Northern Europe and Italy. Before joining Prysmian Group, Benigni worked at Ferrari as the Head of Organizational Development and Head of HR Management. Simone also served as the Race Team HR Manager. Benigni began their career at GE Oil & Gas, where they held positions as HR Manager and HR Generalist. Simone later worked at Schering-Plough and Fiat Auto as an HR Manager. Overall, Benigni's experience demonstrates their expertise and leadership in HR and organizational development.

Simone Benigni attended the Università degli Studi di Firenze, where they studied Industrial Relations. In 2017, they obtained a certification in World Class Employer Branding from the Employer Branding Academy.
