Tiago Campelo

Tiago Campelo serves as the Germany & Austria HR Director at Prysmian Group, overseeing the management of 1,500 employees across six locations since January 2019. Previously, Tiago held the position of Hungary HR Director, managing over 600 employees and leading the entire employee life cycle in Hungary. Prior to these roles, Tiago worked as the People Development Manager for Central Eastern Europe, focusing on talent management and employer branding initiatives. Earlier experiences include responsibilities in rewards and labor cost management at Prysmian Romania and various HR roles at Pirelli, including HR Business Partner and HR Analytics Specialist. Tiago began the HR career with internships at Hera and Procter & Gamble. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Sorbonne University, complemented by studies at the University of Valencia and the University of Coimbra.
