Laura Clyde

Laura Clyde joined PS Business Parks in 2015 as a Property Manager overseeing day-to-day operations of the 1/2 million square foot San Mateo portfolio of properties. She was promoted to Senior Property Manager in 2019 when she took on 1.5 million sqft in the South Bay and in 2020 she was promoted to Portfolio Manager when her role was expanded to include all of the Northern California portfolios of properties. In 2021, Ms. Clyde was appointed to her current role as Regional Vice President of Operations – Northern California, where she oversees operations for the entire 7.4 million sqft Northern California Division consisting of industrial, flex, office, and retail real estate. A Bay Area transplant from San Diego, Ms. Clyde earned a bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley and went on to Arizona State University for MSc in Construction Management and MSP in Real Estate Georgetown University. She currently resides in San Jose, CA.
