Rolando Basa

Rolando Basa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community planning, construction management, and quality control. Currently serving as a Community Planner with ASG/Planate Management Group supporting the Public Works Department at NAVFAC Bahrain since September 2019, Rolando also holds the position of Construction Manager at the Public Works Department, NAVFAC Bahrain, since October 2016. In addition to these roles, Rolando has been a Quality Control Manager at P&S Construction, Inc. since February 2016 and has held the position of Assistant Construction Manager at ECC since February 2013. Rolando Basa is an alumnus of Columban College in Olongapo City.
