Emily Anderson

Emily Anderson is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at PS LIGHTWAVE since August 2025. Prior to this role, Emily held the position of Human Resources Director at Tex-Isle, Inc. for over eleven years, where responsibilities included overseeing HR functions for over 200 employees, designing health benefits programs, and managing full-cycle recruiting. Emily's extensive background also includes significant roles at Schlumberger, where key contributions involved advising on HR management for a large executive team and driving organizational remapping initiatives. With a strong foundation in communications, evidenced by a Master's degree from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's in Sociology from The University of Texas at Austin, Emily combines strategic human resources expertise with effective communication skills to foster collaborative workplace environments.
