Jeremy M. Simpson

Jeremy M. Simpson, CCNA, is an experienced VoIP Analyst currently employed at PS LIGHTWAVE since August 2020, where responsibilities include providing telephony VoIP support and troubleshooting for various companies, with a focus on first call resolution.
