MP Spierer has extensive work experience in various fields. They are currently serving as the CEO of P&S Machining & Fabrication, a company that provides CNC machining and precision sheet metal fabrication services. Prior to this, they founded and managed Camber Peak, LLC. They also held the position of Principal at Forge Partners and worked as a Sr. Product Development Engineer at Levolor. MP Spierer has also worked as a Product Development Engineer at Caterpillar Inc. and as a Contributing Motorsports Editor at MotoIQ. They have experience as a Historic Motorsports Engineer at Scuderia Topolino and as a Software Test Engineer at NAVSEA. Their early experience includes working as a Manufacturing Engineer (Intern/Co-op) at Eaton.

MP Spierer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University, which was completed in 2009. They then went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution in 2011. More recently, MP Spierer completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business in 2020.
