Deborah Quigley

Deborah Quigley, PHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in labor and employee relations. Currently serving as the Director of Labor and Employment at PSA Airlines since September 2019, Deborah has also held positions as Assistant Director of Labor and Employee Relations and Employee Relations Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at American Water from July 2015 to February 2022, as well as roles in Labor Relations from March 2009 to January 2015 at American Water, and as a Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter at the American College of Physicians from September 2005 to March 2009.
