Markus Helmreich

Markus Helmreich is the Head of Legal & Compliance at PSA Payment Services Austria GmbH, a position held since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the City Office Director at Stadtgemeinde from 2019 to 2022, overseeing various aspects of organizational development and compliance. Markus's extensive legal experience includes roles at E-Control, where they held multiple leadership positions in legal and compliance, and earlier legal positions at iT-AUSTRIA and Lessiak & Partner. Markus earned their Doctorate in Law and a Master’s degree in Law from Universität Wien, along with an LL.M. in Information Law from the same institution.
