Jinghan Guo began their work experience as a Financial Analyst intern at HSBC in 2006. Jinghan then worked as a Financial Consultant intern at Ernst & Young in 2007. From 2008 to 2011, they continued their career at Ernst & Young as a Financial Consultant, where they audited accounts, implemented accounting systems, prepared financial reports, analyzed budgets, and assisted struggling companies with bankruptcy procedures.
In 2011, Jinghan joined PSA Peugeot Citroën as an Internal Controller at Banque PSA Finance. There, they developed and maintained control systems to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
In 2015, they transitioned to PSA Banque France - Credipar and held various roles, including Head of Market, structural and liquidity Risk, and Head of Control and Management Risk. In these positions, they established the Market Risk department, implemented risk policies and procedures, defined risk limits, and monitored interest rate risk and liquidity risk. Jinghan also managed regulatory reporting requirements.
Jinghan Guo completed a Master 1 degree in MSTCF from Universite d'Auvergne from 2005 to 2007. This was followed by a Master 2 degree in Controle de gestion, Comptabilite et Audit from the same institution, which was completed from 2007 to 2008.
